The role: IT Administrative Assistant

We are looking for an IT Administrative Assistant to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Isle of Man office.

Why we need you: -

In this position, you`ll assist the IT Administration Officer with the administration of IT contracts, procurement, and stock control and cover for them during holidays and other absences.

You`ll provide non-IT technical administrative support to the IT Operations function. You`ll deal with our suppliers for orders, goods receipt, invoicing, payment and administrative processes and queries Stock control. You`ll act as a liaison between departmental stakeholders with financial and legal resources. You`ll ensure relevant processes are adhered to and communicating those requirements. You`ll be responsible for logistics planning for the despatch and recovery of company equipment. You`ll effectively communicate our service expectations to suppliers.

Who are we looking for: -

You have previous experience working in an office-based administration or procurement role and strong multi-tasking and organisational skills. You have a good grounding in IT technology. You have excellent communication skills and telephone manner.  You can easily prioritise and work within tight time scales in order to meet deadlines. You are self-starter able to make progress with minimal supervision and strong team player that is mindful of attention to detail.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

As a perfect candidate, you have previous experience in an IT Operations function.
