The role: HR Specialist (6 month contract)

We are looking for a Human Resources Specialist (6 month contract) to join our busy and dynamic People Services team in our Dublin office.

Why we need you:-

As Human Resources Specialist you will work closely with Talent Acquisition team to support with interviewing, candidate support on the day of their interview to ensure a great candidate experience, 360 on boarding process, relocation support for employees in the business, as well as, organising of first day documentation, having ownership for administering the leaver process and building a great understanding of the Groups policies and processes.

You’ll support people requests for documents such as employment verifications, internally and externally, as well as, maintaining electronic HR data for new and existing employees. You will support the administration of our rewards package and co-ordinate the wellbeing programme for the office.

You will support projects within the team that enhance the service we offer and how we engage with the various business units and proactively propose areas where HR can add value. You’ll be able to foster positive relationships with people at all levels of the business, building good rapport to be recognised as a key contact within HR.

This role requires you to own all employee relations as necessary and ensure compliance with all audit requirements. You will be able to provide advice, coaching and mentoring support to manager and staff as needed.

Who are we looking for:-

You’ll have experience in a HR generalist environment, with acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and verbally, whilst also having the ability to multitask. The role needs you to be a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, changing environment.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to plan, organise and carry out various administration tasks to high level of quality. You should understand the importance of confidentiality when handling information and be adaptable to changing business requirements.

You should be creative and collaborative in your approach with experience of using Microsoft Office packages.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience working in the online gaming industry or an international business and experience working with a HR system (ideally Workday) is desirable.
