We are looking for an HR Generalist to join our expanding and dynamic team based in our Cherry Hill, New Jersey service office.

As Human Resources Generalist, you will work closely with our Talent Acquisition team to support with interviewing and ensure a great candidate experience. You will facilitate our live and virtual new hire induction program, support people requests for documents such as employment verifications, maintain electronic HR data for new and existing employees and support the administration of our US rewards package. You will foster and maintain excellent relationships with key stakeholders including our managers and the wider HR global team.

You will work closely supporting assigned areas of the business as the day-to-day support for managers and staff. You will provide guidance in areas such as employee engagement, employee relations, performance management and succession planning. You will support our people throughout the employee lifecycle and ensure people are working to their full capacity and capability.

The Human Resources Generalist will use their creativity and prior project management experience to support the HR Manager and global HR team on ad-hoc initiatives and projects, including active participation in our wellness, social and charity initiatives.

Who we are looking for:

You’ll have 3 years’ experience in a generalist environment, with acute attention to detail, excellent communication skills both written and verbally, and the ability to multitask. The role needs you to be a highly motivated self-starter who enjoys working in a fast paced, changing environment. You will have a solid understanding of US employment law including experience with FMLA, ADA and EEO.

You will be able to demonstrate your ability to plan, organize and carry out various administration tasks to high level of quality. You should understand the importance of confidentiality when handling information and be adaptable to changing business requirements.

You should be creative and collaborative in your approach with experience using Microsoft Office packages and with proficiency in both Excel and PowerPoint. Occasional travel may be required. This role will also require you to obtain a regulatory gaming licenses from both NJ Division of Gaming Enforcement and PA Gaming Control Board (we will assist with obtaining these licenses)

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience working in the online gaming industry, working for a multi-national company and proficiency with Workday HRIS system.
