We are looking for a HR Coordinator to join our busy and dynamic team based in our New Jersey service office.

Why we need you:

We are looking for a highly-organized and talented HR professional to work within our People Services group and provide administrative support in various areas including background checks, onboarding, benefits, payroll, personnel file maintenance, supporting relocation and overall people relations.

Your day to day role will involve supporting the onboarding process, organising first day paperwork, coordinating administration for people leaving the company or changing positions or benefits. With this in mind, a minimum of three years HR experience is essential. You’ll be maintaining electronic HR data for new and existing people as well as supporting the administration of our records package and supporting the payroll process. We will be supporting you to gain an understanding of our policies and processes and you’ll be supporting projects within the team that will improve the service we offer. Along with this you’ll be promoting employee engagement, building and fostering good relationships with people in the business and be recognised as a key contact within HR.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

A strong ability to prioritise tasks, enjoy working in a dynamic environment and understand the importance of handling confidential information. This is a fast-paced role so you’ll need to be a multi tasker, have good research ability and excellent Microsoft Office skills. You’ll be a highly motivated self-starter with an acute attention to detail and HR behavioural interests as you will be proposing areas where HR can make valuable contributions within the business. A desirable benefit would be previous experience using Workday and working within a global HR team however this isn’t essential.
