You'll be responsible for the co-ordination, development and embedding of the Group's compliance framework within Pennsylvania, ensuring policies, processes and procedures are correctly implemented and followed in order to demonstrate regulatory compliance. You'll have experience working in a compliance / legal / audit environment taking care of various and complex regulatory regimes. Experience gained in a large organization and the ability to interact with partners at all levels, both internally and externally will be a distinct advantage.
In this role you will undertake the full operational compliance review of applicable regulations (non-technical) obtaining evidence of compliance ensuring that they are in line with Group policy, working with the business on any areas of noncompliance and generating regular and routine reports on the same to Group Management. You'll maintain the group's compliance monitoring program in Pennsylvania, ensuring compliance issues raised are dealt with in a timely fashion.
We'll look for you to co-ordinate PA compliance in relation to products, strategies and operational processes and procedures, working with stakeholders and management. You'll undertake ad hoc projects as determined by Group Management and assist with regulator issues and queries as applicable. You'll also coordinate any law enforcement or other investigative authority requests in accordance with internal processes and procedures. In addition, you'll provide advice to the business on marketing and advertisement compliance across all U.S. jurisdictions.

Who are we looking for:
As an investor in our people, we will provide you with a comprehensive training course specifically tailored to aid you in your new job as a Compliance Analyst. We'll be looking for you to have excellent standard of education (minimum 4-year college/university degree level with good results or in exceptional circumstances a professional qualification such as accountancy or internal audit may be considered). You'll need to be fluent in English and have excellent interpersonal skills both written and verbal. We'll want you to have experience working in a compliance / regulatory / auditing function, preferably in an online environment in the US.
You should be able to show from your experience, exposure to conducting investigations and / or auditing using computer systems. You'll have worked with US regulators and / or police authorities. You'll also have experience in compiling information for regulatory returns.
In terms of person fit, you'll of course have excellent customer service skills and strong attention to detail. With good presentation / training skills. You'll need to be well organized, able to plan and prioritise work schedules and individual tasks. You'll be a motivated, hardworking individual and someone who is able to manage your own and other's tasks to meet required deadlines.
We'll expect you to be able to confidently communicate with staff at all levels. You'll be flexible and adaptable approach to work and you'll be prepared to undertake international travel when and where needed. You should have previous experience in U.S. marketing and / or advertising, as it relates to online gaming.

If you have previous online gaming industry as a background that is a benefit for this role. Similarly, if you have a good understanding of online gaming and/or an awareness of current global issues affecting online gaming that will be useful in this role.
