The role will initially be in Linwood but from summer 2019 be based in our new Cherry Hill office.  

Job Purpose
 
The Game Integrity Services Specialist will be part of the Game Integrity team, handling game related security issues. This role will include the handling of game integrity email queries and account security issues; working on player reported and system generated cases for collusion; account sharing; third party software usage on Group platforms, performing financial and account transaction analysis and investigating customers’ physical location.

 The applicant must  be available to work on a shift basis.  Shifts will be at varying hours of the day and evening, 7 days per week, 52 weeks per year. 

 

 Key Responsibilities:

All to be undertaken in line with the Group’s Game Integrity policies and procedures as set by Group management.

  • Provide excellent customer service to players with Game Integrity issues using the Group's templates
  • Review of account activity to identify potential suspicious behavior
  • Review player’s deposit and game play to identify potential suspicious behavior
  • Identify risk and detect fraud patterns
  • Review customer financial transaction histories
  • Review of customer physical location alerts and cases
  • Work on system generated alerts that highlight potential collusion, account sharing or prohibited third party software usage
  • Perform detailed hand reviews to identify potential collusive activity.

 

Skills and Capabilities

 Essential:

  • Capable of working efficiently in a high-volume work environment
  • Strong knowledge of poker (minimum 3 years of playing experience)
  • Excellent knowledge of game variants that PokerStars offer
  • Comprehensive understanding of poker rules, game theory, and strategy
  • Knowledge of Online Poker and/or Casino security and payments related issues, with proven investigation skills and attention to detail
  • A team player with excellent customer service skills
  • A desire to develop and create/follow a career path with the company
  • Proficient working knowledge of MS Office applications
  • Ability to work in a team environment
  • Excellent command of professional English writing required

 

 Desirable: 

  • Experience in fraud investigation
  • Excellent understanding of poker analysis tools and methods
  • Excellent understanding of online poker community
  • Written fluency in a language other than English.
