The role: Finance Marketing Administrator

We are looking for a Finance Marketing Administrator to join our Digital Media Services team, based in our Leeds office.

Why we need you: -

You will play a key role to assist all channels within our Performance Marketing teams with processes, payments, compliance and governance.

You will help our teams with general project requirements, understand how spend is being realized against budgets, how results are against spend at a country and supplier level and manage the maintenance of key data files.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for keeping the Performance Marketing project data up to date with accurate information that will be viewed by the Performance Marketing Team and relevant Stakeholders on an on-going basis.

Acting as central point of contact between Performance Marketing and Finance teams, you will ensure accurate and timely payment processing and reconciliation. Managing the coordination of payments, process iPOS requisition, payments, goods receipts, etc. and report into the different channels updating status of spend and results.

You will produce monthly reporting of the Performance Marketing team and ensure any anomalies are flagged on a monthly basis. You will take responsibility to manage supplier NDA / contract management for the Performance Marketing team and ensure compliance with corporate requirements.

You will also compile data for monthly management reporting of the Performance Marketing team, using specific performance metric tools.  Liaising with Legal and Compliance to make sure the information we hold on various markets is complaint and relevant.

Co-ordinating with CRM to make sure offers are still live, up to date and clearly accessible for the Performance Marketing Team. You will
provide general admin support including the organisation of meetings and minutes for the Marketing Operations Team and will carry out project and market research, where required. 

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for an individual with an understanding of Search/Content/Display/Affiliates/Paid Social and their requirements. You should be used to manage multiple priorities and be able to work with and maintain reporting data.

You’ll need excellent communication skills (written and verbal) and the ability to work well under pressure and on your own initiative. 

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Previous experience within the online gaming industry and knowledge of our products.
