The role: Finance Manager
We are looking for a Finance Manager to join our busy and dynamic Financial Planning and Analysis team in our Isle of Man office.
Why we need you:-
You will be building and maintaining financial models to deliver robust finance analysis while also forecasting costs and other key metrics and providing recommendations to improve results. You’ll deliver regular reporting to evaluate company performance and develop additional reports to suit changing requirements.
You will provide thought leadership on business development opportunities, be involved in company wide projects and presenting the to senior management and executive teams. You will work closely with other areas of finance and accounts to ensure that the necessary systems and processes are in place to derive the data and reports necessary to evaluate results.
Who are we looking for:-
As we are a publicly listed business being a qualified accountant is essential with a background and understanding in SOX being beneficial. You will require relevant experience within an analytical environment with excellent modelling, analytical and numerical capabilities. You’ll be able to demonstrate excellent management, interpersonal, analytical, organisation and communication skills.
Are you a driven, high-energy and dedicated individual who has a desire to add customer value in all areas of responsibility, while using your interpersonal skills to foster positive relationships with peers and senior management.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-
Advanced experience with Microsoft Excel with a keen interest in the online gaming environment. Previous experience working in an e-business or the entertainment industry would be advantageous. Experience working with platforms such as MicroStrategy, SUN Accounts, Vision Excel, Knime.
