The role:

We're looking for a Digital Marketing Full Stack Developer to join our MarTech (Marketing Technology) team in Sofia.

Why we need you:

As a Digital Marketing Full Stack Web Developer within MarTech you will work along-side our Web Front End and Server teams to help develop, integrate and support solutions for marketing. 

You will work in a great team, developing and delivering marketing technology.  You will help come up with innovative methods to integrate new marketing suppliers and test your wits with complex cross device tracking problems. You will get to help our PPC, SEO, Display & Paid Social teams to realize their ideas, and to help them manage, configure and troubleshoot their campaigns.

Who are we looking for:

To succeed in this role you’ll need to be a JavaScript master, and know your way around APIs, JSON and databases. It would be good if your server-side skills were based in Java.

You’ll have to help clarify all the important requirements, solve issues based on
diverse information and act as technical liaison between vendors and marketing teams.

While a lot of the focus will be based on Web Applications integrations through JavaScript and APIs; you will get to work with, and develop solutions for analytics, tracking, tag management and attribution modelling tools.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Implement, test and verify tracking, analytics, affiliate and tag management data on all digital properties and marketing channels
  • Work alongside the PPC, Display, Mobile Marketing, SEO, BI and product development teams to configure, implement and test tracking and analytics platforms
  • Be responsible for the implementation, maintenance, accuracy and improvement of web analytics data capture, systems and tools
  • Be the subject matter expert and advocate best practices for analytics and tagging implementation, site measurement, conversion optimization, and A/B testing
  • Recommend tools, metrics, and best practices for the measurement of online and offline marketing campaigns
  • Investigate and resolve tracking issues in the ongoing marketing campaigns and reporting using Google Big Query and Data Studio
  • Provide expertise in working with Google Analytics, in creating segments, setting up goals, and advanced profile configuration experience to help marketers analyse and better understand user behaviour and conversion
  • Proven record of delivering solutions across multiple teams and multiple platforms with clashing priorities.
  • Ability to communicate with a large group of stakeholders, distributed over multiple locations, and provide accurate progress updates for business and technical users

Skills and Capabilities


  • Extensive experience in the web client development (JavaScript, HTML and CSS).
  • Considerable knowledge and exposure in development of APIs and applications/services (mainly through Java)
  • Experience creating server side applications, preferably through Java
  • Strong problem solving and analytical skills along with a willingness to learn new technologies
  • Enjoys the challenge of working with multiple teams and a large group of stakeholders
  • Understanding of digital marketing channels and performance metrics
  • Ability to work under your own initiative and deliver to tight deadlines
  • Strong English written and verbal communication skills
  • Computer science or similar degree


  • Advanced knowledge of and experience in digital marketing technologies, such as web analytics, tag management, attribution modelling tools, programmatic bidding, DSPs and so on
  • Experience in the implementation of AdWords and Bing PPC campaigns, experience with Display platforms such as MediaMath, AppNexus and Sizmek advantageous.
  • Google Analytics Individual Qualification with solid experience
  • Familiarity with Google Cloud platform
  • Exposure to Agile / Lean Kanban or similar project management methods
