The role: Digital Marketing Delivery Manager

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Delivery Manager to join our growing Delivery Management team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -

You will be responsible for working with the Performance Marketing, Advertising and Creative teams to turn campaign outlines with digital requirements into concrete production briefs. You will liaise with stakeholders to ensure approved, compliant and timely asset delivery to support global campaigns through digital channels.

You will work with digital channel owners to understand their campaign objectives and specific requirements and submit detailed briefs to production teams to support digital campaigns while aligning plans with resource capacity. You will participate in Digital Marketing meetings to align digital plans with wider marketing initiatives within and across our Poker, Casino and Sportsbook verticals.

You will continually look to refine and improve the briefing process and identify current knowledge gaps and how they can be closed. Building strong working relationships with Performance Marketing, Advertising and Creative teams and developing strong understanding of the Stars Group’s bigger picture and contribution of Creative to Digital Marketing Performance and KPI fulfilment.

Who are we looking for: -

You will need proven digital marketing technical expertise with a creative agency background and experience with big brands.  You should have an integrated view of communications and ideally European / International experience: display vs paid social (e.g. variety of Facebook advertising) vs VOD vs affiliates. You will have worked across multiple accounts at one time and multiple channels.

We’re looking for someone with a strong understanding of digital acquisition as well as digital advertising formats and performance within the marketing funnel and the digital ecosystem. You will need a strong capability to execute and get things done, translating vision into action and effective progress towards permanent improvement.

You should have strong project management experience and be well organised with attention to detail. You’ll need to be able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business requirements.
