The role: Digital Marketing Analyst (12 month contract)

We are looking for a Digital Marketing Analyst (12 month contract) to join our busy and dynamic Business Intelligence team in our Leeds office.

Why we need you:-

You should have a passion for data and an interest in digital and brand marketing . You will work closely with our digital and acquisition marketing teams to define their requirements and deliver on their analytical needs. You’ll act as an expect in the field of digital/acquisition analytics, attribution modelling and marketing measurement. You will be asked to take the lead on several modeling projects and will be proactive in driving insights to understand the effectiveness of the acquisition budget across all digital channels and TV across all markets and brands.

You will work with large volumes of data to establish actionable insights and deliver recommendations. As well as leading in depth analysis of acquisition spend across all available online and offline acquisition channels. You’ll also create reports and support dashboards for a varied audience, establish and track key performance indicators and provide ad-hoc analytical support.

Who are we looking for:-

You will have a passion for data and analytics, with experience in digital and marketing analysis and a degree (or equivalent) that is quantitative in nature, such as Statistics, Mathematics or Economics. You’ll have experience in working with large data sets and making strategic recommendations to senior stakeholders.

You will have experience working with PPC, SEO, Paid Social, Display and TV marketing teams and understand how they form part of online and offline marketing mix, using data to optimize performance. You’ll have experience working with digital tracking/ad serving tools such as AdWords, Facebook, Sizmek etc. as well as proficiency in working with tools such as SQL, KNIME, Google Big Query or similar.

You’ll have experience with reporting tools such as Google Analytics, Tableau, MicroStrategy or similar, with advanced knowledge of Microsoft office packages. Some experience with statistical analysis tools such as Python or R is essential.  As you will be communicating with various areas and senior management, relaying insights to non-technical members of the business a great command of English is fundamental. The nature of our industry requires individuals to be able to work well in a fast-paced environment.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience of working in gambling or gaming sectors a benefit but not essential.
