The role: Database Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a Database Marketing Specialist to join our fast-growing Group Marketing Services team based in our Malta office. You will assist Database Marketing Managers in the team with the execution and implementation of Marketing campaigns.

Why we need you: -

Working with our Group CRM team, you will be responsible for the implementation of automated CRM programs for agreed campaigns, using the IBM Unica Campaign tool, on-time and accurately for a varied stakeholder base. Supporting the Promotional and Marketing Teams as required, you will assist with the implementation of their approved campaigns. 

Working closely with the CRM Platforms and Software Development teams you will implement new Unica Campaign functionality based on identified and agreed business needs.

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for a motivated Database Marketing Specialist with previous experience on executing marketing campaigns. You will understand Direct Marketing process and have SQL knowledge.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Strong logical reasoning skills, coupled with exceptional attention to detail and accuracy skills. You will need excellent interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure, balancing the requirements of a number of key stakeholders.  

We are looking for a customer-focused individual, who is passionate about improving the customer experience. You will need the ability to work independently and manage multiple activities simultaneously.

You should be a driven self-starter with the ambition to progress within the company and ideally educated to degree level and or previous employment experience within the Gaming Sector.
