You will have your own assigned personal marketing spend to work within for the year. It will be important to have a clear understanding of The Stars Group strategy and the part you play in supporting its delivery.
You’ll be managing the recruitment for multiple internal organizations, taking responsibility for the delivery of the vacancies needed to support them meeting their expected growth. Regularly meeting with the directors and hiring managers for your area is paramount to establishing good relations and enabling you to manage and prioritise your time.
You’ll be setting the strategy for hires, owning the process and advising managers on the best course of action to successfully recruit for their teams.
Holding a significant interest in the employer branding for where you recruit you’ll be able to work with the branding team to further the perception of your areas in the market.
In order to meet our compliance requirements you need to be familiar with the company’s governance procedures and ensure you’re operating within them.
There are a number of development projects which arise throughout the year. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to join this and, on occasion, lead them with a project team.

Someone who takes charge, takes the lead and drives through the recruitment working in close partnership with the hiring managers and directors. Relationships are everything in this set up and yours with your hiring managers will be what enables you to advise the best way to hire.
“I will work with you closely on your long-term development and progression which can take different routes depending on your interests and strengths.
“To be successful in this role you’ll have a good record in recruitment, managing clients or, if internal, hiring managers, to a high standard. We’re always looking at the candidate and hiring manager experience. Your contribution to new ways we can develop this and the strong delivery of this for each party is very important.
