The role: Corporate Integrity Analyst – Due Diligence

We are looking for a Corporate Integrity Analyst – Due Diligence to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Isle of Man Office.

Why we need you:-

Due to the Stars Group Inc growing international presence and the related increase in legislative and regulatory obligations, we need you to join our growing Corporate Integrity Department based in the Isle of Man office and focus on the delivery and monitoring the effectiveness of the Groups Due Diligence Programme. You’ll report to the Senior Manager, Due Diligence sitting within the Corporate Integrity Department.

You will assist the due diligence team in the recording of requests and research work stemming from business submissions for potential supplier reviews. While also conducting PEP/sanctions screening reviews and internet investigations in support of proposed contractual relationships. You’ll conduct Due Diligence reviews on a range of corporate entities and structures, as well as, provide summaries of company documentation and research findings to Senior Manager, Due Diligence for escalation and approvals.

This role requires you to assist with the Compilation of statistics for monthly reporting and assist with the compilation of statistics for monthly reporting. You will have ownership of the data transfer of historic supplier documentation and approvals to a new IT system. While also, work as directed by the Senior Manager to ensure accurate and complete records are kept of all research work and approvals.

You’ll review and assess supplier and player screening results working with the Financial Crime team on player screening and working with Financial Crime colleagues in the CI team where supplier or player screening work impacts on PEP, Sanctions, AML /CFT compliance matters.

Who are we looking for:

You will have experience working in the regulated sector in either a business relationship or compliance role dealing with corporate entities. You’ll have a genuine interest in financial crime matters relating to; its identification, investigation and prevention, while also being a well organised individual who works unsupervised in planning and prioritising own work schedules/individual tasks.

You should be self-motivated with the ability to manage self to meet external deadline pressures. While also having excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high quality work and maintain records of work conducted. This role requires you to have the ability to communicate with staff at all levels and be confident in learning new IT systems / application and use of software.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Knowledge of Anti Bribery and Corruption and their adequate procedures with Internet investigation capabilities is desirable. The ability to build and maintain good working relationships, as well as, experience dealing with stakeholders in a international environment is a plus.
