The role: Corporate Integrity Analyst

We are looking for a Corporate Integrity Analyst to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Isle of Man Office.

Why we need you:-

Due to the Stars Group Inc growing international presence and the related increase in legislative and regulatory obligations, we need you to join our growing Corporate Integrity Department based in the Isle of Man office and focus on the delivery and monitoring the effectiveness of the Groups Anti-Bribery and Corruption Programme. You’ll report to the Head of Financial Crime sitting within the Corporate Integrity Department.

You’ll be providing support upon request to other managers within the Corporate Integrity Department responsible for Probity (supplier due-diligence), sanctions compliance and corporate fraud matters. You’ll support the Head of Financial Crime with the practical activities required in the successful and effective delivery of the Groups Anti Bribery & Corruption Programme. You can expect to assist with the embedding of adequate procedures and the record keeping around such things as Gifts & Entertainment, Political Activities, Charitable contributions, and key supplier relationships. We’ll task you with maintaining the ABC and related Policy Documents, as well as monitoring external developments in relation to significant Anti-Bribery and Corruption legislation, enforcement, and best practice, and update policies as appropriate. You’ll review and update as required the training programme to promote both ABC awareness and understanding of the risks to Group Staff worldwide as appropriate, using a combination of on-line training and face to face training to a range of partners within the business. You will get the opportunity to work with the business on projects and initiatives to ensure ABC considerations are made at the appropriate time.

Who are we looking for:

You’ll be someone with relevant experience in developing and / or auditing “adequate procedures” in line with the UK / Isle of Man Bribery Act requirements. You’ll have a genuine interest in Anti Bribery and Corruption and financial crime identification, investigation and prevention. As this role sits within our Corporate Integrity team, we’ll expect you to be a well organised individual who works unsupervised in planning and prioritising your own work. You’ll be an ambitious individual with the ability to handle large workloads to meet deadline pressures and of course, you’ll have excellent attention to detail with the ability to deliver high quality work and maintain records of work conducted.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

You’ll have a working knowledge of the ISO Bribery standard, in addition, some exposure to Bribery Investigations as conducted by Serious Fraud Office or Department of Justice would be helpful in this role. You’ll be familiar with FCPA requirements / obligations and have a strong ability to communicate with staff at all levels and confident in the delivery of training.
