The role: Casino Marketing Acquisition Manager

We are looking for a Casino Marketing Acquisition Manager to join our PokerStars Casino team in our Malta office.

Why we need you :-

This role will be responsible for the casino customer acquisition Journey and performance marketing spend. This is a role, which requires profound understanding of acquisition journeys, digital performance marketing and the desire to drive and continuously improve acquisition efficiency within the Casino vertical.

The role will require very close cooperation with central functions such as BI, Performance Marketing and CRM. You will be responsible for acquisition journey optimization and driving and improving digital performance marketing efforts with internal/external stakeholders. You will take ownership of continuous improvement of marketing spend efficiency and ROI optimization and monitor daily and reporting acquisition campaign metrics, supervise the CPA & conversion rates.

Reporting on acquired cohort’s retention rates, engagement metrics, ARPU and revenue, you will identify payback periods and longer-term ROI of acquisition campaigns and create channel specific and country specific acquisition models as well as working on multi-channel attribution.

Who are we looking for:-

We’re looking for someone with at least five years’ experience working in iGaming, free-to-play gaming business or ecommerce in a user acquisition role.

You’ll need an excellent understanding of digital marketing and knowledge of digital performance tracking, attribution models and relevant tools with experience in working in a matrix organization.

You’ll be highly numerate and analytical with excellent communication skills, written and verbal, with the ability to tailor the dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Qualifications or equivalent experience of general marketing
