The role:  Casino Games Studios Manager

We are looking for a Casino Games Studios Manager to join our fast-growing PokerStars Casino team, based in our Dublin service office.

Why we need you: -

This is an exciting role within the PokerStars Casino team, which already has become one of the biggest casinos in the industry.  We are looking for a talented Casino Games Studios Manager to develop a cutting-edge games portfolio. Reporting to our Department Head of Games Studios, you will play a key role in creating best in class innovative casino games that will excite our +100M customer base. You will undertake product management of slot game development, from concept to launch, including internal and external global development teams.

Your role will involve conducting market research and identifying the market leaders and the top features/ trends of the top performing games.  You will work to pick new games/ features that will generate significant change in revenue performance.  Writing the BRD and higher level game details requirements - game flow, game business rules, the client, the player journey, creative direction, and game features/mechanics. You will work with our teams for game related approvals and review more detailed functional requirements.

As part of your role, you will optimize the in-house game performance - appearance, location in lobby, work with marketing team to push the traffic toward them etc. focusing on delivering all capabilities seamlessly across all platforms. You will lead a team of Product Managers and Casino Specialists and will manage each game as a project ensuring strict timelines for each project milestone, working within the context of the Group’s agreed strategy.

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for a strong leader with a passion and creativity for games.  You should have experience as a Game or Interactive Product Manager/Producer in a Gaming Studio and/or 3+ years of experience in Business Analyst or Project Manager or Game Producer role. 

You will need strong documentation skills with experience in requirements, product documentation, developing presentation decks, and roadmaps together with excellent communication, organisational and project implementation skills.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

Experience in online real money gaming would be desirable.
