Our Culture

“What brings our people together is the imagination needed to apply meaning to the information they work with, and the ability to communicate that to other people in the business. We're a very social team. We're likeminded people. We have lunch together and we go out together. We play poker together. It's a great environment that's only getting better" says Steve Walmsley, Director of Business Analytics.

“Learning and upgrading employee skills makes business sense” says Vlad Lanin, Senior Director, Data & Analytics for the Business Intelligence team.  It starts from day one, and becomes successive as your employees grow. Granted, it may take some time to see a return on your investment, but the long-term gains associated with employee training make a difference. That’s why I am passionate about providing best-in-class training for my team “.
