The role: CRM/VIP Consultant – Asia (Remote)
We are looking for a CRM/VIP Consultant to be based remotely in Asia to provide CRM and VIP management services to the Group to maximize the development of our various offerings.
Why we need you: -
To identify key announcements and promotions for players in Asia and coordinate CRM messaging. You will work closely with central CRM and translation teams to execute the campaigns. Your focus will be on using the online poker base for cross selling of company's various offerings and will secure all live events player data for future CRM campaigns.
Working closely with our Asia Live Events team to manage player data. You will work closely with central VIP team to execute key localized VIP programs and promotions. You will manage top VIP players from player data analysis to ensure quick turnaround and service is provided for any of their needs using our company player data backend system will be critical. You will be creative in special VIP offerings to key player which ensure they continue play and stay loyal to our brand.
You will provide periodic reports that show performance/results against targets and will monitor all competitors, in an effort to continually evolve and improve both CRM and VIP programs.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for a strategic and commercial thinker, used to working in an Account Manager / Project Manager role. You will need strong written and verbal English and Chinese language communication skills. Candidates should have a proven and consistent track record of executing an aggressive growth strategy and delivering results. Knowledge of poker and the competitive landscape both online and offline in Asia is required.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Sports Betting and Casino knowledge. Background within the online gaming industry with CRM and VIP skills is preferred.
