The role: CRM Sport Executive - French
We are looking for a French speaking CRM Sport Executive to join our Group CRM & Loyalty team based in our Malta service office.
Why we need you: -
Reporting to our Sports CRM Manager - France, you will assist with all Sportsbook CRM and promotions for the region - content, promotional execution, communications, and results within the allocated region. You will help deliver the Sportsbook CRM strategy for French speaking markets to include all programmes such as cross sell, onboarding, welcome, conversion, retention, upsell, churn prevention and reactivation and you will work closely with our execution teams to implement.
You will coordinate all CRM activities with our Central CRM team and work closely together to come up with global promotional activities. You will help assist on selected global CRM activities through all stages from concept to delivery. You will also work on delivering test plans to ensure best practice communication, optimal budget spend and positive ROI on all campaigns.
As part of this role, you will help deliver relevant and up to date information to our growing customer base through all channels. You will work independently to identify and deliver untapped CRM potential whilst managing a number of key cross-business relationships and assist with reporting of key metrics on betting and CRM activity. You will work to strive to improve the localisation of our sports product to serve our French speaking customers.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for an individual who is passionate about Sports fluent in English/French. You should hold a relevant marketing degree and/or equivalent experience in a CRM/marketing role. We are seeking a collaborative team player with the ability to foster good working relationships.
You should have a highly structured approach and the ability to deliver top quality work on multiple projects simultaneously. Proven ability to execute all aspects of a project from a conception to completion and the ability and flexibility to work well under tight deadlines is essential. Familiarity with MS Office products with at least intermediate Excel skills are required.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Knowledge and understanding of the online gaming and Sportsbook industry in France. Previous CRM Sportsbook experience in regional markets and content and/or localisation experience.
