The role: Poker CRM Lifecycle Specialist
We are looking for a Poker CRM Lifecycle Specialist to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Malta service office.
Why we need you: -
As the Lifecycle Specialist, you will be part of our Poker CRM team, working on all targeted CRM campaigns and lifecycles for Poker players. This includes conversion, growth, retention and reactivation activities, with a strong focus on delivering improved LTV and enhancing the overall Customer Experience.
As part of this role, you will be expected to plan, execute and document agreed plans, mapping customer journeys and providing input to ensure all projects are executed precisely. Our Poker product is well-established, with increased focused across the business on how we can grow and engage customers with better segmentation and lifecycles.
You`ll work closely with all areas of Poker CRM Marketing to implement appealing offers and communications with a strong customer engagement focus, measured through positive ROI and customer satisfaction. You`ll take a data-driven and highly structured approach to all activities, ensuring pre- and post-campaign analysis is carried out to determine the successfulness of each initiative.
You`ll show exceptional creativity and a drive to deliver innovation in the role as well as more widely across the entire business. You`ll provide regular performance reports on initiatives in collaboration with Business Intelligence, including performance against KPIs, to you reporting manager and other key business stakeholders.

You`ll document all work in a manner that promotes awareness across the full business. You`ll report on campaign performance and complex briefs covering multiple segments. You`ll check and approve content and creative work, giving input on content and creative to ensure feasibility and that the customer is in mind.
Who are we looking for: -
You have at least 1 years’ experience within a CRM, Digital Marketing or similar role. You have experience implementing Digital and/or Marketing Campaigns in a multi-channel environment. You have experience developing targeted, trigger-based customer communication programmes - in particular email, SMS, push and digital. You have project coordination experience with multiple stakeholders with different needs and interests.
You are a self-starter, proactive, work well independently and as a team. You are a good problem solver and have an eye for detail. You have experience working in a complex business with multiple brands, languages and platforms. You have strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work under pressure, balancing the requirements of a number of key stakeholders. You are customer-focused and passionate about improving the customer experience. You have at least a basic understanding of the wider eGaming sector, its customers and current challenges.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
You have knowledge / experience playing poker and/or worked in the eGaming Sector. You are a poker enthusiast and have experience using CRM systems.
