The role: CRM Promotions Operations Manager
We are looking for a CRM Promotions Operations Manager to join our Group CRM team, based in our fast-growing Bulgaria service office.
Why we need you:-
We need you to be responsible to implement, and manage all operations around global promotions projects from beginning to end. You will show a total commitment to the customer experience and journey when setting up offers/promotions and be the go to expert for advice on CRM promotional tools and functionality.
Working closely with our CRM Product Managers, you will suggest tool improvements, and be updated on all new functionality and releases. You will also take responsibility for setting up and testing all operations around global and regional promotions. You will build a good working relationship with our Support Teams and act as the escalation point for technical queries relating to upcoming and ongoing promotions and be responsible and accountable for all prize pay-outs relating to CRM promotions such as cash, bonus and ticket credits etc.
As part of this role, you will also request tournaments to be set-up in relation to all CRM promotions, and follow up to ensure they are launched on time and are set-up as requested. Candidates will need to flexible with working hours if any issues arise with promotions outside of normal business hours.
Who are we looking for:-
We are looking for an extremely proactive, organized, creative, team-oriented individual, who is able to think through the full user journey as a part of all projects. You will need a logical and analytical approach to problem solving and proven ability to craft innovative solutions and think creatively. You will also need a strong attention to detail.
You should be used to taking ownership of projects and to work alone with little or no supervision. You will need to be committed to ensuring all tasks and issues are completed, working out-of-hours/weekends if necessary with the ability to adjust priorities and manage time appropriately and wisely in a fast-paced environment and under pressure.
As the ideal candidate, you will have:-
Previous employment/experience within the Gaming industry, or experience within a Marketing or Product role. Previous use of CRM systems and/or bespoke MIS systems is also an advantage.
