The role: CRM Execution Project Coordinator - Poker
We are looking for a CRM Execution Project Coordinator to join our Delivery Management team, based in our Bulgaria service office.
Why we need you: -
We are looking for someone to join the team that has overall responsibility for the project planning and execution of all upcoming marketing activities and their communications requirements, in conjunction with the CRM Promotions and Life Cycle teams. You will work closely with the Execution Project Managers where you will be responsible for the upload and testing of all customer facing communications around promotions and campaigns to ensure all assets are fully QA’d, approved and ready to go live by the required date.
You will be responsible for identifying gaps in current tool capabilities where efficiency is being lost and recommend improvements / new tool ideas where appropriate. You will test and feedback on any new tools released which will impact the upload of comms with the goal of delivering greater efficiency and operational excellence within the team.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for a highly organised and methodical individual with excellent attention to detail.
You should have exposure or knowledge of online CRM or experience in email marketing (either in the form of production, design or marketing).
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Experience in marketing and/or promotions, preferably within the online gaming industry. You should be highly organised and methodical, with excellent attention to detail able to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude, with the ability to problem solve and adapt to changing business requirements.
You’ll need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments and knowledge of basic HTML coding. Interest in/knowledge of online Poker is desirable. Proficient in HTML coding would be advantageous.
