The role: Business Analyst
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Marketing Operations team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -
You will be working with internal and external stakeholders to assist with the ongoing integration and automation of processes within Marketing Operations. This role will require you to translate the needs of the business into meaningful specifications and create guidelines for the business.
You will be responsible for building strong and healthy relationships across the business and persuade stakeholders of the benefits of new processes and strategies. You will analyse the Group’s marketing process to identify areas that require improvement and challenge business teams and stakeholders to identify best processes and solutions.
Your role will focus on documenting and processing mapping the marketing production process across both The Stars Group and Sky Betting & Gaming to help identify gaps and establish best group practices. You will use the results of this research and analysis to drive change within Group Marketing with the goal of streamlining and automating more of the marketing processes.
Who are we looking for: -
We’re looking for a strong communicator who can analyse and generate effective solutions. You should have awareness of cost benefits and process design and be experienced in translating business requirements into written specifications. You should preferably hold a relevant degree in IT/Computer Science/Marketing or equivalent qualification.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Knowledge and/or experience of SQL and/or Atlassian tool suite (JIRA/Confluence). Ideally, you will have worked in a regulated industry.
