The role: Brand and Campaign Manager - Sportsbook

We are looking for a Brand and Campaign Manager to join our busy and dynamic Sportsbook Marketing team in our Leeds office.

Why we need you:-

You will work with our Head of International Marketing to define the BetStars brand strategy, ensuring that it is consistently and effectively brought to life through all consumer touch points. You’ll manage the BetStars value proposition, through being the source and internal champion of all consumer, market and competitive knowledge, as well as ownership of the BetStars holistic campaign calendar to include event/ season specific campaigns, product innovations, promotions and other marketing related activations.

You’ll be responsible for defining the campaign strategy with responsibility for clearly defining the objectives, consumer target(s), relevant campaign positioning, key deliverables and means of measurement. You will also provide recommendations on how the ATL and brand marketing budgets are split against key objectives and targets by audience, region and by campaign, working in conjunction with our Head of Marketing and regional teams.

You will also be working with regional, digital acquisition, CRM, social and PR teams to execute effective 360 media strategies and plans on a per campaign basis, including all owned, earned and paid for channels. You’ll also be working with internal creative teams to ensure optimal quality, as well as smooth, timely communication at every consumer touch point throughout a campaign.

You will co-ordinate all the Group sports marketing campaigns, and operate as the point of reference regarding the status of project deliverables and campaign performance nothing that the actual day to day campaign management will take place within the regional team. You will also need to review completed campaign work with BI to identify areas of improvement, and implement changes to future campaigns.

Who are we looking for: -

An individual with extensive experience working in marketing and educated to degree level or equivalent. You’ll have proven project management experience and be able to take ownership of all aspects of a campaign from concept to completion. You’ll need to be well organised with strong multi-tasking abilities to be able to prioritise key projects.

You’ll be a creative, strategic and analytical thinker and problem solver, being able to come up with effective and creative solutions. You will have excellent communication skills with the ability to tailor the dialogue and delivery to cater for a variety of audiences. You will also need to have strong attention to detail and a positive attitude in demanding situations.

You will need strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build relationships across departments. You’ll also need to be prepared to travel given the international nature of the business.

As the ideal candidate, you will have:-

Experience and knowledge of the e-gaming industry. European/international marketing experience and our markets/future challenges are desirable. An integrated view of communications and marketing as well as experience of big brands is a plus.
