We are looking for an Automation Test Developer to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Richmond Hill, Toronto Office.

Why we need you: -

We’re looking for you to develop and maintain our automation tests. You’ll be executing automated regression tests on a regular basis and analyzing automated test failures and escalate to respective development teams.

Who are we looking for: -

You will be debugging and investigating software failures as well as identifying root cause of automated test failures. You’ll need a Bachelor’s degree in computer science (or equivalent) as well as Java/GIT experience and knowledge of SQL.

You’ll be gathering testing requirements from QA analysts and product owners so excellent organization and time management skills are important. You’ll be working closely with QA analysts and software developers, so you’ll be task driven with a great attitude and excellent communication/interpersonal skills.

You will have the ability to work in a fast-paced environment with initiative and innovative thinking as you attend daily stand-up meetings and be responsible for communicating all issues, status and progress on your tasks.

You’ll need to be someone who likes to work independently with minimal supervision and be someone who is task driven to get things done!

As the ideal candidate, you will have:

Experience with: 

  • Performance / Load Testing Experience
  • JMeter
  • Apache Bench
  • Gatlin
  • Python
Experience of testing methodologies, Selenium, JIRA, BDD, TestNG, Appium and XRay is desirable but not essential.
