Automation Test Developer

We are looking for an automation test developer to join our busy and dynamic team based in our Richmond Hill, Toronto Office.

Why we need you: -

We’re looking for you to enhance our test automation framework, extend test automation coverage in web, desktop, and mobile applications. You’ll run maintenance of the automation test suite and the execution of automated regression tests on a regular basis. We’ll be looking for you to analyse automated test failures and escalate to respective development teams when required.  You will have the opportunity to improve the framework.

Who are we looking for: -

Your likely have an extensive background in software development, Java and automation throughout your career. You’ll have excellent debugging skills and an ability to investigate software failures, looking to identify root cause in an integrated test environment. You’ll also have a solid knowledge of SQL. We’re expecting you’ll have a B.S in Computer Science, or something equivalent. 

You’ll need to be someone who likes to work independently with minimal supervision and be someone who is extremely self-motivated – task driven to get things done!

Required experience are Java and Selenium.  Optional experience is Appium, IBM’s Rational Functional Tester (RFT), Git, Gradle, Jenkins and SQL.
