The role: Affiliate Specialist
We are looking for an Affiliate Specialist to join our Affiliates team, based in our Isle of Man office.
Why we need you: -
You will work closely with our Senior Affiliate Managers and your team members to hone the skills needed to become the next superstar Affiliate Manager. You will assist the team with the day to day management of existing affiliates relationships and publishing partners, as well as, build new business relationships across all of the Stars Group’s brands and platforms. Finally, you will play a key role in monitoring our affiliates to ensure they abide by our terms & conditions and government regulations.
As part of your role, you will gain the understanding and knowledge of the financial aspects of affiliate management and how to optimize business deals for better profitability. You will help to build and maintain new and existing relationships with affiliates.
You will help monitor website content and website traffic and overall publisher performance, using Google Analytics and SimilarWeb. You will also undertake report writing, test tracking and will set-up marketing promotions for affiliates and be involved in various project based work. You will also be required to travel to inter-offices to attend meetings and conferences.
Who are we looking for: -
We are looking for someone with a genuine interest in digital and affiliate marketing with strong maths, analytical skills and numerical proficiency. You should have a degree or equivalent (2:1 classification or higher) preferable and competent at using Excel, MSWord, PowerPoint and Outlook.
You’ll need to be driven to succeed and revenue focused (similar to a sales role) with an affinity for technology and affiliate marketing. You’ll need to be a team player with a strong drive for success with excellent verbal and written communication skills.
As the ideal candidate, you will have: -
Poker, sports betting and casino knowledge. Additional language skills or an A-Level Maths, or equivalent classification would be desirable. Strong Maths skills highly preferred.
