The role: Advertising Creative

We have an exciting opportunity for an Advertising Creative to join our fast-growing Stars Creative team, based in our Leeds service office.

Why we need you: -

We are an in-house advertising team, which produces global and local advertising for the Stars Group’s main verticals (Poker, Casino and Sports).  You will be working to help produce big budget global 360 advertising campaigns (brand, tactical, product) and will work with some of our celebrity ambassadors, right down to creating small banner ads for local markets. Our creative work is mostly produced in-house, although we also work with external agencies, when needed.

As part of this role, you will be responsible for providing creative solutions across more than traditional TV, press and online advertising, and will work collaboratively with our internal colleagues (rather than following the traditional agency/client model).  You will be responsible for concept generation and working on creative briefs to develop innovative, imaginative, impactful and engaging creative ideas. Thinking beyond TV ads – embracing digital and 360 campaigns not simply TV scripts. 

You will be confident to present your creative ideas/opportunities to further the business without the need to be briefed and will work closely with our creative team to maintain high quality standards, consistency and implement clear creative vision for the brand.

Who are we looking for: -

We are looking for an outstanding creative agency professional with a proven conceptual creative ability across all media with an integrated view of communications, marketing and brands.  You will need an excellent strategic and business/commercial understanding and be well organised with the ability to multi-task and prioritize key projects to manage the variety this role has to offer. 

We are looking for a true creative thinker with a positive can do attitude, even under pressure with strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships across departments.

As the ideal candidate, you will have: -

European or international creative agency experience is preferable but not necessary and any experience within the gaming sector and knowledge or passion for poker, would be desirable.
